Cancellation Policy :
You may request cancellation of your order if:
The request is made within 2 hours of placing the order.
The order has not yet been packed or shipped.

If the cancellation is approved before dispatch, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Return & Replacement Policy
We accept returns or replacements only under the following conditions:
The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
The issue is reported within 7 days of delivery.
The product is unused, unwashed, and returned in its original condition and packaging.
If the above conditions are met, we will offer:
A free replacement (subject to stock availability), or
A refund to your original payment method.

Return Ineligibility :
Returns will not be accepted if :
Changes of Mind or
The product has been used, washed or shows visible signs of wear or
The request is made after 7 days of delivery or The item was purchased under a clearance, bulk, unless defective.
The original packaging or tags are missing.

To initiate a return or replacement:

2. Attach clear photos/videos of the received item and packaging.
3. Our support team will respond within 24–48 hours to guide you through the next steps.

🚚 Return Shipping
For eligible returns, we will arrange a reverse pickup (in serviceable pin codes).
If reverse pickup is not available, the customer may need to self-ship the item. We will reimburse standard shipping costs for valid cases.
Please ensure the product is securely packed to avoid damage in transit.

💰 Refund Processing
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

RevomateX reserves the right to decline return or refund requests that do not meet our policy conditions.
