Clause 1 - General

RevomateX (“we”, “our”, “us”) owns and operates this website. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective once posted on this page. You are responsible for reviewing the Terms periodically to remain informed of updates. By accessing or using the RevomateX website (www.revomatex.in) or by placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and any other applicable policies referenced herein. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use this website or proceed with any purchase.Your continued use of the site or purchase of products after any updates to these Terms will constitute your acceptance of those changes.

Clause 2 - Minors and Parental Supervision

Our website and services are intended for users who are at least 18 years of age. By using this website or making a purchase, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you are accessing the website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

If you are under 18, you may only use this website with the involvement, supervision, and consent of a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors without parental consent.

RevomateX reserves the right to cancel orders or restrict access if it is discovered that a user does not meet the eligibility requirements outlined in these Terms.

Clause 3 - Products & Descriptions

We offer high-quality car care products, including microfiber cloths and related accessories. All efforts are made to accurately display product images, sizes, GSM, and colors, but minor differences may occur due to lighting or screen variations. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify any product at any time without notice.

Clause 4 - Pricing & Payments

All prices listed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to revise pricing without prior notice and Payments can be made through UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, or Cash on Delivery (COD), where applicable.

Clause 5 - Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

COD is available only on orders above ₹999.

Clause 6 - Order Acceptance & Cancellation

Orders are confirmed upon successful payment (prepaid) or WhatsApp confirmation (COD). We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:

Stock unavailability

Pricing or listing errors

Address or delivery issues

Suspicion of fraudulent activity

Customers may cancel orders only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed.

Clause 7 - Shipping & Delivery

Orders are usually shipped within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Delivery time ranges from 3–7 business days, depending on location and courier service. Tracking details are provided via email or WhatsApp after shipment. Delivery delays caused by courier partners, weather, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

Clause 8 - Returns & Replacements

We accept returns or replacements only in the following cases:

Received Damaged Product

Received Defective product

Wrong item shipped

Return Conditions:

Must be reported within 7 days of delivery

Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with packaging

Return requests must be emailed to support@revomatex.in with order ID and photo proof

We do not accept returns for:

Change of mind

Used, damaged, or washed products

Return Request after 7 days of delivery. For more details, please review our Return and Replacement policy

Note: Customers may bear return shipping costs unless the return is due to our fault.

Clause 9 - Intellectual Property

All content on this Website including brand name, logo, images, text, and videos is the exclusive property of RevomateX. No part of the site may be copied, reused, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission. Unauthorized use will result in legal action under applicable Indian laws.

Clause 10 - Limitation of Liability

RevomateX is not liable for any direct or indirect damages caused by misuse or incorrect application of our products. We do not guarantee that our products will meet individual expectations in every case, as usage varies by user and condition. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product in question.

Clause 11 - Privacy & Data Use

We collect and use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your data is not shared, sold, or rented to third parties, except where required for order fulfillment.

Clause 12 - Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction

In case of disputes, please contact us first at contact@revomatex.in to resolve issues amicably.

All disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with the use of this website, our products, or services shall be governed by the laws of India. The place of jurisdiction for all legal matters shall be Howrah, West Bengal.

Clause 13 - User Conduct & Prohibited Uses

You agree to use the RevomateX website and services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. You must not:

1. Use the website for any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious activity.
2. Submit false, misleading, or harmful information, reviews, or content.
3. Upload, transmit, or distribute any viruses, worms, malware, or any other harmful code or technology that could damage or interfere with the functionality or security of the website, users, or systems.
4. Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the website, servers, or networks connected to the website.

In case of any payment issues, we advise you to contact the payment gateway provider directly. Similarly, for shipping-related concerns after dispatch, you may be required to contact the respective courier service.
